Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coco Powder (for brownies)
  • 1/2 cup Agave or Maple Syrup (for sweetness)
  • Almond Milk or any plant-based milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Whip Up Bat Snacks: Mash ripe bananas and mix with peanut butter in a bowl.
  2. Add Chia Seeds: Stir in chia seeds and let it thicken for about 5 minutes.
  3. Shape the Bats: Use a small cookie cutter to shape the mixture into bats.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Create Spooky Pumpkin Bites: In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, rolled oats, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
  6. Form Bites: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking tray.
  7. Chill to Firm Up: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set.
  8. Prepare the Batter: Mix cocoa powder, oat flour, and maple syrup in a bowl. Add almond milk to achieve the right consistency.
  9. Bake Brownies: Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
