Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 cups spaghetti
2 cups marinara sauce
Olives for decoration
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the meatball mixture in a large bowl with ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the meatballs by flattening a small amount of the mixture, placing a cube of mozzarella in the center, and molding the meat around it.
Bake the meatballs on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
Serve the meatballs over spaghetti topped with marinara sauce.
Add olives to decorate meatballs as ‘eyes’.
