1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 cup (220g) packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Wet Ingredients: Beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
