A delightful dish that combines savory flavors with a touch of sweetness, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the marinade: In a medium bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the pork: Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork.
  4. Bake the pork: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let it rest: Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve: Slice the pork and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

The honey helps to caramelize the pork, providing a beautiful glaze. For alternatives, maple syrup can replace honey for a different sweetness profile.
