A rich and creamy dip combining seasoned beef, cream cheese, and shredded cheese, perfect for gatherings or movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (follow package instructions for water)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning along with the specified amount of water. Mix and let simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Prepare the creamy layer by combining softened cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer the dip by spreading the seasoned beef mixture evenly across the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the beef layer.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by diced tomatoes and optional black olives.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
