Delicious homemade bread with a crispy crust, perfect for low-carb diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a separate bowl until evenly distributed.
  4. Combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir until no dry flour remains, ensuring a smooth batter.
  5. Add the olive oil into the batter and gently fold it in to enhance moisture and flavor.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Check baking time starting at 35 minutes to avoid overbaking. Cooling the bread fully will help with slicing.
