Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • ½ cup white chocolate (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  2. Melt the chocolate: Melt chocolate chips in a heat-resistant bowl using a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Dip the fruit: Dip each piece of fruit into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  4. Add toppings: Optionally, sprinkle toppings on while the chocolate is still wet.
  5. Cooling time: Place dipped fruit on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with white chocolate: Optionally drizzle melted white chocolate over the hardened chocolate covered fruit.

Notes

Choose ripe, firm fruit and ensure they are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from clumping.
