Ingredients
1 medium head Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 large Eggs, for coating
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs, use panko for extra crispiness
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or cooking spray)
Dipping Sauce: Marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic yogurt dip (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
Prepare the coating stations: In one bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each cauliflower floret by dipping it into the egg mixture and then rolling it in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer without overcrowding.
Add a light drizzle or spray of olive oil over the tops of the cauliflower bites.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping them halfway through until golden brown and crisp.
Serve the crispy cauliflower bites hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Ensure each floret is evenly coated for a consistent crunch. Experiment with different dips for enhanced flavor.
